Indian audiences can catch this high-energy spectacle at the nation’s first Dolby Cinema, launched this month at City Pride Multiplexes in Kharadi, Pune. The exhibitor is already planning to extend this premium format to cities like Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Trichy, Kochi, and Ulikkal, promising a wider reach.
This milestone builds on a long-standing partnership between YRF and Dolby, which has consistently elevated Indian filmmaking. From Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge (1995) pioneering Dolby Audio to Dhoom 3 (2013) leading the charge with Dolby Atmos, and the 2020 launch of Dolby Atmos Music with the “Best of YRF” album, the collaboration has a rich history. Now, War 2 takes it further with Dolby Cinema’s cutting-edge technology.
